  • SOLS Solar Academy is a 1-year program that helps people develop technical skills and earn certifications for careers in the solar industry, and applications for January 2025 are open.
  • The best part? Graduates are guaranteed job offers from top solar companies, including 500-backed SOLS Energy and Social Empresa.
  • The program includes classroom-based learning focused on technical knowledge, safety protocols, and solar energy fundamentals, on-site training to gain hands-on experience in real-world conditions, and a 6-month apprenticeship with SOLS Energy.
  • Participants live on-site for a fully immersive training experience, with complimentary accommodation, meals, and basic amenities provided. They will also receive an allowance for working on-site and during the apprenticeship.
