• From avocados, bananas, and grapes, 500-backed supply chain data company Escavox is now adding mushrooms to the list of produce they track. 
• Costa Group’s mushrooms account for about 50% of Australia’s commercially-grown mushrooms, available in all major supermarket chains and central wholesale markets nationally.
• Escavox’s smart tracking technology is protecting mushrooms traveling short and long distances, at times over thousands of kilometers via road and sea.
• Summer is a particularly critical time as ambient temperatures are higher, making temperature control more challenging. Mushrooms are temperature-sensitive and highly susceptible to damage, leaving no room for complacency or error in transportation.
• Escavox smart trackers are placed with the mushrooms inside the truck, and measures the delivery conditions every 15 minutes.
• Information on location, temperature, light, humidity, and movement is relayed to the Escavox MyTracks dashboard, an integrated, easy-to-read proprietary platform, enabling the mushrooms’ journey to unfold in real time.
