  • Congratulations to 500-backed property transaction platform MHub for being selected as a key digital transformation partner for the Housing Integrated Management System (HIMS)!
  • HIMS serves as a one-stop centre for the management of developer licenses (DL) for private housing developers, advertising and sales permits (AP), near real-time updates on housing projects’ current status, and generating eSPA in Malaysia.  
  • MHub is Malaysia’s leading end-to-end property transaction platform, capturing 28.3% of the nation’s total primary residential transactions in 2020. 10 out of the top 15 biggest real estate developers in Malaysia use MHub to manage properties, people, processes digitally and more efficiently.
  • “MHub is well positioned to provide the data needed to get better hindsight, insight and from here foresight for nation-building initiatives.
