  • To enhance its micro-learning platform, 500-backed Gnowbe has acquired Differ, an AI-driven chat app.
  • They plan to seamlessly integrate Differ to allow their users to design experiential shared learning experiences in any language using AI-driven recommendations, and best practices.
  • The AI will also remember creator preferences, and keep up with industry news to allow users to create, and share their content more effectively.
  • Gnowbe will also integrate the AI-chat function into its customer support, to reduce response times and enable Gnowbe’s support staff to focus on more complex issues that require human intervention.
