Daily Markup #514: Founders of 500-backed Appboxo, RaRa Delivery, Una Brands & Volt14 featured on Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2022

The Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia List 2022 is out! A record number of 4,000 nominees applied to be on this year’s list, and the final 300 were selected for their efforts in redefining the future of business and society in Asia. We are excited to share that 4 of our 500-backed founders are honorees! A huge congratulations to:

Kaniyet Rayev, Co-founder & CEO of Appboxo (Singapore) in Enterprise Technology.

What was meant to be a travel superapp turned into something even better — a platform that helps developers build superapps! The startup also offers Shopboxo, a product that enables the creation of e-stores. Appboxo currently powers over 400 mini-app integrations.

Karan Bhardwaj, Founder & CEO of RaRa Delivery (Indonesia) in Industry, Manufacturing & Energy.

No, it’s not just another logistics startup. In addition to offering instant and same-day delivery in the greater Jakarta area, the company uses real-time batching technology to optimize costs. RaRa Delivery counts some of Indonesia’s leading e-commerce and consumer brands as its clients, including Blibli, Kopi Kenangan, and Halodoc.

Kushal Patel, Co-founder of Una Brands (Singapore) in Retail & Ecommerce.

‘We buy and build brands’ — that is the Una Brands promise. The e-commerce aggregator has certainly kept it, having acquired over 20 firms since its launch in March 2021. Its goal? To help supercharge the growth of brands by adding new distribution channels or expanding into new countries. As a result, some of these brands have seen 50% increase in sales and profits.

Animesh Jha, Co-founder of Volt14 Solutions (Singapore) in Industry, Manufacturing & Energy.

A nanotechnology startup, Volt14 Solutions develops materials that enable lithium-ion batteries to double their energy storage capacity. What’s more? Their product is also compatible with existing technologies and infrastructures.
