Just ask <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/wangzizi\/\">Zachary Wang<\/a>, Co-founder &amp; CEO of 500-backed <a href=\"http:\/\/rideneuron.com\">Neuron Mobility<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In 2016, the company launched the world&#8217;s first docked e-scooter sharing system in Singapore, but has since ceased operations on their home ground due to regulatory roadblocks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>But Zachary is not easily fazed.
