The 500-backed healhtech platform received the fresh funds from Korean automotive manufacturer HL Mando and Beacon Venture Capital, the corporate VC unit of Thailand\u2019s Kasikornbank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The team plans to further develop their digital healthcare ecosystem for their 25 million monthly active users. Founded in 2014 by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/nfaibis\/\">Nathanael Faibis<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/suci-arumsari-4867ab5b\/\">Suci Arumsari<\/a>, the company offers services such as online doctor consultations, in-person appointment booking, and informative articles on health.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Last year, Alodokter acquired pregnancy-tracking app Diary Bunda from Japan-based Marubeni Corporation.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They also launched Alni, a chat-based virtual assistant for physicians.
