Apart from offering a variety of payment and delivery options, the updated service shields sellers by stepping in to resolve disputes based on delivery proof and item descriptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carousell.sg\/\">Carousell<\/a> users transacting outside the platform are often more exposed to scams and phishing attacks. Today, in addition to PayNow, PayLah, credit cards, and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) through Atome, users will soon have more BNPL options directly on the platform. Payments are also held by Carousell until the buyer confirms the product has been received. If the product is defective or unreceived by the buyer, the payment is refunded \u201cno questions asked\u201d, according to Vishal Salunkhe, Carousell\u2019s Vice President and Head of Goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery: Buyers and sellers can now choose to use Carousell\u2019s official delivery partners like J&amp;T Express via the app for door-to-door deliveries with exclusive rates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dispute Resolution: Carousell helps resolve any disputes by reviewing data such as item descriptions and delivery proof.
