Apart from freelancing, they are embarking on non-traditional careers such as being full-time entrepreneurs, consultants, and gig workers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regardless of skill and industry, all of them experience one common issue: they don\u2019t receive health benefits as they aren\u2019t regular employees of a company. No one should be denied heathcare simply because of how they choose to make a living!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cindy Burdette and her Co-founders saw this gap in 2017 and launched 500-backed healthcare platform <a href=\"https:\/\/www.allcare.ph\/\">ALLCARE<\/a> to <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/3OLe12L\">provide those outside the traditional employment market with the health benefits they deserve<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ALLCARE is acting as an aggregator of health benefits including life and accidental death insurance, dental care, optical care, and more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cThe beauty of our model is that we are a middle-man platform where our primary job is to provide options, automate the process and make it as convenient as possible for all stakeholders and use the data to interpret and improve,\u201d shared Cindy, ALLCARE\u2019s CEO. \u201cThis is definitely a scalable task and one where we are excited about because the bigger ALLCARE gets, the better the platform and services become!\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What\u2019s more, ALLCARE sets itself apart from traditional healthcare providers by providing people with only the exact coverage they need. Instead of selling premium products with excessive coverage that most people don\u2019t ever use, ALLCARE offers benefits with lower coverage and shorter terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How does ALLCARE decide which health products to connect their customers to? The answer lies in data. By looking at historical membership utilization across several benefits, the team tailors plans that account for a customer\u2019s specific budget and needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cThere\u2019s so much we can do on the platform including empowering members to at some point create their own plan or maybe add-remove certain parts of their membership,\u201d Cindy explained. \u201cWe also want to provide special access to different types of users reflective of their use cases.
