A recent Carousell survey found that 70% of Vietnamese respondents cite poor product quality as the reason why they\u2019re reluctant to buy secondhand, while 40% said that authentication or warranty would increase their confidence.<\/li><li>The feature is an escrow payment system that holds payment until a transaction is verified by both the buyer and seller.
