As part of this arrangement, Emtek will <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/jonathanburgos\/2021\/07\/27\/bukalapaks-biggest-backer-emtek-grab-form-strategic-alliance-in-indonesia-as-tech-battle-heats-up\/?sh=15a57b4e716e\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">invest US$375 million<\/a> in Grab\u2019s technology unit in Indonesia.<\/li><li>The two companies said the partnership combines Grab\u2019s superapp with Emtek\u2019s portfolio of media, all-commerce and content production businesses.<\/li><li>According to a joint statement, this will help achieve their goal of developing digital products for the country\u2019s micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). The Series D round was led by Naver Financial Corporation and Gafina B.V.<\/li><li>HappyFresh will use the investment to scale its operations, including growing its fleet of drivers. It also plans to add more payment methods, improve user experience, and increase its grocery options.<\/li><li>According to the startup, it \u201chas been experiencing an unprecedented growth\u201d over the past 18 months. The adoption of grocery deliveries surged during the pandemic.
