This funding brings together Telkom Indonesia\u2019s public service mission for Indonesians and Alodokter\u2019s business approach to supporting general healthcare,\u201d said Suci Arumsari, President Director of Alodokter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"wp-caption\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-width=\"600\" data-height=\"369\" src=\"https:\/\/dailymarkup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/img_60f7d9c0689d6.jpg\"><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Credit: Yahoo!\u00a0Finance<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li>Alodokter connects patients with more than 30,000 doctors and 1,500 hospitals and clinics across the archipelago, giving them access to online consultations, healthcare content, and insurance services via an app. An e-pharmacy is slated to launch in the next few months, the company revealed.<\/li>\n<li>Alodokter was among the healthtech companies in Indonesia that were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-health-coronavirus-indonesia-technolo-idUSKCN21S02F\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">experiencing spikes in user acquisition<\/a> during the pandemic, as lockdown measures limited healthcare access to those who needed it.<\/li>\n<li>The company claims to have over 27 million monthly active users or more than 10% of the Indonesian population using Alodokter services at least once a month.<\/li>\n<li>Alodokter CEO Nathanael Faibis added, \u201cWe created Alodokter to provide reliable and trustworthy medical services for all Indonesians. We always believed that if providing high-quality medical services at a very affordable price was the key to attract millions of patients. This strategy is paying out and we are very proud to support millions every day.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Congrats on the new funds, team Alodokter!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Autonomous Ohmnis<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500-backed <a href=\"https:\/\/ohmnilabs.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OhmniLabs<\/a>\u2019 telepresence robots have been utilized at hospitals and elderly care centers during the pandemic.<\/li>\n<li>The towering machine, equipped with an HD monitor and cameras, allows nurses to speak with patients without the risk of contamination. For users staying away from their elderly parents, they can count on the robots as their eyes and ears to get in touch.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cWith the pandemic, our robots have been deployed in 40 hospitals and health care systems. The pandemic has accelerated the adoption of robots and we\u2019re seeing an explosion of growth now.
