In Malaysia, a dessert cafe sold over 600 desserts within the first two days and an ice cream cafe doubled its average order value.<\/li>\n<li>StoreHub also introduced <a href=\"http:\/\/fooddelivery.com.my\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fooddelivery.com.my<\/a>, a food delivery directory offering free listings to F&amp;B businesses and it saw more than 5,000 visiting the site on its first day.<\/li>\n<li>To help boost sales, the startup launched the #SaveOurStores campaign to encourage people to order from restaurants. The campaign reached over 1 million people.<\/li>\n<li>In the retail space, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.storehub.com\/ecommerce\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">StoreHub Ecommerce<\/a> enabled a fashion brand to move their store online and its sales shot up.<\/li>\n<li>In Q3, the startup launched the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.storehub.com\/blog\/storehub-business-program-press-release\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">StoreHub Business Program<\/a>, an initiative to equip small business owners with the skills and tools they need to grow a sustainable and successful business.<\/li>\n<li>What\u2019s in store for 2021? More loyalty programs on the Beep app, marketing automation to help merchants with sales, and a revamp of the platform\u2019s most used features.<\/li>\n<li>Watch the full video <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/storehub_storehub-round-up-2020-activity-6749955434129584128-jtJI\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Milestones for migrants<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500-backed <a href=\"https:\/\/mycash.my\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyCash Money<\/a>, a fintech startup designed for migrants in Southeast Asia, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/mycashmy_thankyou-fintech-kudos-activity-6748540924244164608-utGu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">announced<\/a> it has secured multiple partnerships in 2020.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure class=\"wp-caption\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-width=\"739\" data-height=\"470\" src=\"https:\/\/dailymarkup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/img_60f7db93c6a17.jpg\"><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Credit: Tech in\u00a0Asia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<ul>\n<li>Its achievements include:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Obtaining the Standard Payment Institute License in Singapore through which the startup started to serve the migrant community in dormitories.<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) license in Qatar.<\/li>\n<li>Partnered with the world\u2019s largest remittance company, Western Union, in Singapore. MyCash Money plans to extend this partnership to Malaysia and Qatar.<\/li>\n<li>Partnered with TransFast, GME, Prime Exchange, and several other remittance network providers.<\/li>\n<li>Secured payout partnerships with City Bank, Bank Asia, Premier Bank in Bangladesh, Bank BRI in Indonesia, and Prabhu Bank in Nepal. Payout partners are licensed organizations in a beneficiary country that makes payouts on another party\u2019s behalf. The startup plans to secure more such partners in India, Pakistan &amp; the Philippines.<\/li>\n<li>The startup is also in the midst of securing an eMoney License in Malaysia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Congratulations to the MyCash Money team!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Hooked on success<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2020 has also been a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/efisheryid_growtogether-covid19-aquaculture-activity-6749631551170060288-G5Wz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">productive year<\/a> for 500-backed aquaculture startup <a href=\"https:\/\/efishery.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eFishery<\/a> in Indonesia.
